• You are AN AMBASSADOR.
  
  2 Corinthians 5:20 - Now then we are ambassadors for Christ… Amp- So we are Christ’s ambassadors, God making His appeal through us….
  Every Christian is an ambassador for Christ and our message is the Gospel of Jesus Christ (I Corinthians 15:1-8). Also 2 Cor.4:5 For we do not preach ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord…
  Remember -No matter where we are, we represent Jesus Christ; and people form their opinions of God and the Gospel from what they see and hear in us.
  
  
• You are a BELIEVER.
  
  John 4:41 And because of His words, many more became believers…NIV.
  Acts 2:44 All the believers were together and had everything in common…NIV
  
  What is special about believing in Christ?
  Jn 3:16 You shall not perish. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life…
  John 3:18 You are not condemned. He that believeth on Him is not condemned.
  John 3:36 You have eternal life. He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life…
  John 6:35 You shall never be thirsty. And Jesus said unto them, I am the Bread of Life: he that cometh to Me shall never be hungry; and he that believeth on Me shall never thirst.
  John 7:38 Streams of living water shall flow from within you. He that believeth on Me, as the Scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water (Spirit).
  Acts 16:31 You have salvation. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
  
  
  
• You are a BRANCH.
  
  John 15:5 I am the Vine; ye are the branches: he that abideth in Me and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without Me ye can do nothing…
  
  
  
• You are a CHILD OF GOD.
  
  1 John 3:1 How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!
  John 1:12 Yet to all who received Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God – children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God…
  
  Praise God that you are His child. But let’s ask ourselves – Are we showing the birthmarks of God’s children? Read 1 John. Especially 1 Jn 2:29…You know that everyone who DOES WHAT IS RIGHT has been born of Him.
  1 Jn 4:7 Dear friends let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who LOVES has been born of God and knows God.
  1 Jn 5:1 Everyone who BELIEVES THAT JESUS IS THE CHRIST is born of God…
  I Jn 5:4 Everyone born of God overcomes the world.
  
  
  What a privilege to be called a child of God! As we accept Christ’s finished work on the Cross, and surrender our life to Christ’s Lordship by repentance and faith, and commit ourselves to radical obedience to God’s will, we are born anew into the family of God and launched into ‘abundant life’.
  
  
  
• You are part of a CHOSEN GENERATION.
  
  
  Ask yourself – Why am I here? Do you honestly believe that you have a special task from God as part of this generation that no-one else can fulfil? God has a unique plan for your life.
  Psalm 138:8 says The Lord will fulfil His purpose for me…
  HOW EXCITING it is to realise that from the foundation of the world God ordained you and me to be alive during this particular period of history, to make a unique contribution to His kingdom. The words of Esther apply to each of us – Esther 4:14 Who knows but that you have come to royal position for such a time as this?
  
  Acts 13:36 says David …served God’s purpose in HIS OWN GENERATION… God wants to form a generation of uncompromising, valiant believers who will seize their unique destiny and give their lives wholeheartedly to serve God’s great purpose in our day. Its time to shake off lethargy and apathy and defeatism and cooperate with His Spirit to reach the world for Jesus Christ.
  
  
  
• You are a CHRISTIAN.
  
  Acts 11:26 And the disciples were called CHRISTIANS first in Antioch…
  1 Peter 4:16 If you suffer as a Christian, do not be ashamed, but praise God that you bear that name.
  Praise God that you bear that name!
  Christian is literally Christ in us. What is the meaning of Christ? It means Anointed One and His anointing. Therefore we are little anointed ones.
  
  
  
• You are a DEBTOR.
  
  Romans 8:12-13 Therefore brethren we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
  
  
  
• You are an ENEMY OF THE DEVIL.
  
  1 Peter 5:8 Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith…
  
  Praise God that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. Luke 10:19 Jesus says- I have given YOU authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to OVERCOME all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.
  
  
  
• You are a FRIEND OF GOD.
  
  John 15:14 You are MY friends if you do what I command…v15 I have called you friends…
  
  James 2:23 And the Scripture was fulfilled that said – Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness and he was called God’s friend.
  
  
  
• You are a FAITHFUL ONE.
  
  Psalm 31:23 Love the Lord, all His saints. The Lord preserves the FAITHFUL…
  Psalm 37:28For the Lord loves the just and will not forsake His faithful ones.
  Psalm 97:10 Let those who love the Lord hate evil, for He guards the lives of His faithful ones and delivers them from the hand of the wicked.
  So praise God you are His faithful one – Lord preserves you; the Lord will not forsake you; the Lord guards your life; the Lord protects your way! Give Him praise!
  
  
  
• You are GOD’S WORKMANSHIP.
  
  Ephesians 2:10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. KJ.
  Amp – For we are God’s (own) handiwork ( His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, (born anew) that we may do those good works which God predestined ( planned beforehand) for us ( taking paths which He prepared ahead of time), that we should walk in them ( living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live.)
  
  We need to discard our small vision for our own lives and begin to see ourselves as God sees us. We are world-changers! Don’t settle for mediocrity, for drifting along in a life of meaningless personal pleasure. Don’t be underselling yourself because of imagined or self-imposed limitations. YOU are GOD’S WORKMANSHIP. The original language of Scripture implies that we are continually His workmanship, not a finished product, but a magnificent work in progress. As the child of God, let me tell you that we are destined for greatness in these climactic hours of human history.
  
  
  
• You are an HEIR.
  
  Galatians 3:29 If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, and HEIRS according to the promise.
  Titus 3:7 …so that, having been justified by His grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life.
  And, the Bible says in Romans 8:16-17 The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. Now if we are children, then we are heirs – heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in His sufferings in order that we may also share in His glory.
  
  Hallelujah! He shares His inheritance with us! I Cor.2:9 No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love Him.
  
  
  
• You can say -I NO LONGER LIVE…
  
  Galatians 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave Himself for me…NIV I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me…
  
  
  
• You are a JEWEL.
  
  Malachi 3:17 And they shall be called Mine, saith the Lord of hosts, in that day when I make up MY JEWELS… Amp- And they shall be Mine, says the Lord of hosts, in that day when I publicly recognise and openly declare them to be My jewels (My special possession, My peculiar treasure).
  
  
  
• You are of the KINGDOM OF GOD.
  
  Col 1:13 (The Father) has delivered and drawn us to Himself out of the control and the dominion of darkness and has transferred us into the kingdom of the Son of His love.AMP.
  
  
  
• You are LIGHT.
  
  Matthew 5:14 Ye are the light of the world…Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven…
  Amp. Bible says- You are the light of the world…Let your light so shine before men that they may see your moral excellence and your praiseworthy, notable, and good deeds and recognise and honour and praise and glorify your Father Who is in heaven.
  Ephesians 5:8 For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light…
  1 Thessalonians 5:5 ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night nor of darkness. Amp-For you are all sons of light and sons of the day; we do not belong either to the night or to darkness.
  
  
  
• You are LOVERS OF GOD.
  
  2 Timothy 3:1-4 In the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves….traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God… Amp-They will be lovers of sensual pleasures and vain amusements more than and rather than lovers of God.
  
  Are we lovers of God? Deuteronomy 6:5And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with ALL thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might…
  
  Mt 22:37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
  
  1 Corinthians 2:9 Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him…
  
  
  
• You are LIVING STONES.
  
  1 Peter 2:4 As you come to Him, the LIVING STONE – rejected by men but chosen by God and precious to Him – you also like LIVING STONES, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ…
  
  
  
• You are MORE THAN A CONQUEROR.
  
  Romans 8:37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors though Him that loved us… Amp- Yet amid all these things we are more than conquerors and gain a surpassing victory through Him Who loves us.
  
  
  
• You are a MEMBER OF THE BODY OF CHRIST.
  
  Romans 12:4 Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others….
  
  1 Corinthians 12:12-27 The body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts…now YOU are the body of Christ, and EACH one of you is a part of it.
  
  
  
• You are called – MINE.
  
  God says in Isaiah 43:1 Fear not: for I have redeemed thee; I have called thee by thy name; thou are MINE.
  Malachi 3:17 And they shall be MINE, saith the Lord of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels.
  
  
  
• You are a NEW CREATION
  
  2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a NEW CREATION; the old has gone, the new has come! NIV. KJ-Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new…
  
  
  
• You are an OVERCOMER.
  
  Romans 12:21 Be not overcome of evil, but OVERCOME evil with good.
  Luke 10:19 I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to OVERCOME all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.
  1 John 4:4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world.
  1 John 5:4 For everyone born of God overcomes the world.
  
  
  
• You are OVERFLOWING.
  
  -With praise. Ps 119:171 May my lips overflow with praise…NIV
  -With hope. Rom 15:13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
  -With love. I Thess 3:12 May the Lord make your love increase and overflow for each other and for everyone else…
  -With joy. 2 Cor 8:2 Out of the most severe trial, their overflowing joy and their extremem poverty welled up in rich generosity.
  -With thanksgiving. Col 2:7 …continue to live in Him, rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.
  
  Praise God that you can say – My cup overflows!
  
  Praise God that Jesus said in John 10:10 – The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that thery may have and enjoy lifew, and have it in abundance 9 to the full, till it overflows.)AMP.
  
  
  
• You are a PARTAKER OF THE DIVINE NATURE.
  
  2 Peter 1:4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the Divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust…
  
  
  
• You are PROSPEROUS.
  
  Psalm 1:1-4 Blessed is the man that…whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
  3 John 2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
  Psalm 23:1 The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want.
  Psalm 34:10 The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing.
  
  
  
• You are the RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD.
  
  2 Corinthians 5:21 God made Him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in Him we might become THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD.
  Ephesians 4:24 …put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.
  Romans 6:13…offer the parts of your body to him as instruments of righteousness.
  
  
  
• You are SALT.
  
  Matthew 5:13 Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? It is thenceforth good for nothing…
  
  
  
• You are SPIRIT- FILLED.
  
  Ephesians 5:18…be filled with the Spirit.
  Acts 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you…
  
  
  
• You are STRANGERS IN THE WORLD.
  
  1 Peter 1:1 To God’s elect, STRANGERS in the world…
  1 Peter 1:17…live your lives as strangers here in reverent fear…
  1 Peter 2:11 Dear friends, I urge you, as aliens and strangers in the world, to abstain from sinful desires, which war againt your soul.
  Phil 3:20 But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Saviour from there, the Lord Jesus Christ…
  
  
  
• You are a SOLDIER.
  
  2 Timothy 2:3 Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.
  1 Timothy 6:12 Fight the good fight of the faith…AMP

• You are a SAINT
  
  Psalm 31:23 Love the Lord, all His SAINTS!
  Psalm 34:9 Fear the Lord, you His saints, for those who fear Him lack nothing.
  Ephesians 1:1…to the saints in Ephesus, the faithful in Christ Jesus.
  
  
  
• You are a TEMPLE.
  
  1 Corinthians 3:16-17 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you ? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; the the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.
  1 Corinthains 6:19 Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? AMP- Do you not know that your body is the temple (the very sanctuary) of the Holy Spirit Who lives within you, whom you have received( as a gift) from God? You are not your own.
  
  
  
• You are of the UPRIGHT
  
  Psalm 32:11 Be glad in the Lord and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.
  Proverbs 2:7 He hold victory in store for the upright, he is a shield to those whose walk is blameless, for He guards the course of the just and protects the way of His faithful ones.NIV.
  Proverbs 16:17 The highway of the upright avoids evil; he who guards his way guards his life.
  
  
  
• You are a VESSEL.
  
  2 Timothy 2:21 So whoever cleanses himself ( from what is ignoble and unclean, who separates himself from contact with contaminating and corrupting influences) will ( then himself) be a VESSEL set apart and useful for honourable and noble purposes, consecrated and profitable to the Master, fit and ready for any good work. AMP. KJ- If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the Master’s use, and prepared unto every good work.
  
  
  
• You are a WITNESS
